- The User assumes all legal responsibility should they violate this eligibility requirement.
Article 3: Nature of Obligation
- Thabat’s primary obligation is to provide the requested product or service.
- Additional services, such as after-sales support, may be provided based on the nature of the product.
Article 4: Usage Guidelines
- Users must use the platform in accordance with public morals and the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Products purchased from Thabat must not be used for any illegal purposes or in violation of UAE regulations.
Article 5: Account & Registration Obligations
Upon applying for membership, you agree to the following:
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account details and must notify Thabat immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Liability: Thabat is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the disclosure of your account information.
- Personal Use: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account, even if performed by a third party authorized by you.
- Accuracy: You must provide true, complete, and updated information during registration. Thabat reserves the right to freeze or cancel memberships found to contain false information.
Article 6: Electronic Communications
- Official communication occurs via email, WhatsApp, phone number, or social media platforms registered with the Store.
- Electronic communications carry the same legal weight as written documents.
Article 7: Amendments and Fees
- Thabat may amend this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- All fees are calculated in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Thabat reserves the right to adjust fees, taxes, or charges based on government regulations or product nature.
Article 8: Payment Services
- Payments are made through authorized partners via the online options provided on the platform.
- Thabat is committed to providing prices consistent with market value and issuing invoices for all transactions.
Article 9: Personal Information & Operations
- By using the platform, you grant Thabat a worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use information provided through registration or communication forms for the Store's interests.
- Consumer data is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
- All content, including logos, text, designs, and symbols, is the exclusive intellectual property of Thabat. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Article 11: Liability of the Store
- Thabat operates in accordance with UAE law.
- The Store is not liable for claims arising from errors or negligence by the User or third parties (such as shipping companies).
- Thabat guarantees that products are legitimate and authorized under UAE regulations.
Article 12: Confidentiality and Third Parties
- Thabat employs technical standards to protect data, but cannot guarantee 100% security over the internet.
- Thabat is not responsible for the actions of third parties or external links.
Article 13: Termination of Access
Thabat reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership and restrict access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Article 14: Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Article 15: General Provisions
- If any clause is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
- Language: Arabic is the primary language for interpretation.
- Promotions: Marketing offers and discount codes are temporary and may be modified or cancelled by Thabat at any time.
