Terms and Conditions
Welcome to THABAT PERFUMES. These terms explain the use of our store and purchases made through it. Please read them together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies before placing an order.
1. Scope
The store means the THABAT PERFUMES website and its associated official channels. The user means a person who uses the store or makes a purchase. These terms govern the relationship between the store and the user in relation to that use and those orders.
2. Eligibility and use
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required to enter into transactions. Use the store and products for lawful purposes in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Do not misuse the store or attempt to access another person's account without authorization.
3. Accounts and accurate information
When creating an account or placing an order, provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for use of your account by you or anyone you authorize. Notify the store if you suspect unauthorized use. An account containing inaccurate information may be suspended while that information is verified or corrected, without affecting your statutory rights.
4. Products and orders
The store undertakes to supply the product ordered in accordance with the order details. Product information and prices are displayed on the relevant pages, and available support may vary according to the nature of the product. Keep your order details and invoice for future reference.
5. Prices, payments, and offers
Prices and amounts payable are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Review the order details and displayed total before confirming your purchase. Payments are processed through the payment options available in the store and payment service providers, and the store issues transaction invoices.
Offers and discount codes are subject to their published conditions and validity periods. Prices and offers may change for future orders without retrospectively changing earlier order details.
6. Shipping and returns
Shipping charges and delivery conditions are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the eligibility conditions and process in the Return and Refund Policy, which also explains how incorrect, damaged, or defective products are handled.
7. Electronic communications
We may communicate about an account or order by email, phone, WhatsApp, or the official contact channels displayed in the store. Keep your contact details accurate and current, and review communications relating to your order.
8. Privacy and information security
Information provided when registering, ordering, or contacting us is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Technical measures are used to protect information, but absolute security over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Keep your account details confidential and do not send them to untrusted channels.
9. Intellectual property
The logos, text, designs, and other content displayed in the store are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Do not use or republish that content without the necessary permission, except as permitted by law.
10. External links and services
The store may provide links or services operated by other parties. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. This does not remove THABAT PERFUMES' obligations or the consumer's statutory rights.
11. Restricting access
The store may restrict account access in cases of misuse, attempted unauthorized access, or breach of these terms, without affecting rights relating to earlier orders or statutory rights.
12. Updates and general provisions
Updates to these terms are published on this page. The published version applies to orders placed while it is in effect and does not change the terms that applied to earlier orders. If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Arabic is the store's primary language, and a corresponding English version is provided to aid understanding.
13. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Neither these terms nor the linked policies limit your statutory consumer rights or exempt the store from its obligations under the law.
