PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

General Terms

  • Governing Law: Any dispute or claim arising from this website shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Age Restriction: Minors under 18 are prohibited from registering or transacting on this site.

Payments

  • Security: Payment details are submitted directly to our provider via a secure connection.
  • Methods: We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.
  • Records: The cardholder should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Address: Please provide a clear address including building/villa number, street, city, and phone number.
  • Timeframe: Delivery typically takes 7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Schedule: Deliveries are made daily except for Fridays and public holidays.
  • Partners: Shipping is handled by Aramex or SMSA based on customer preference.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

To initiate a request, contact us via WhatsApp: +971 555 984 141. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

1. Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition: Product must be in its original, unopened packaging (outer seal intact).
  • Proof: A video or photo of the product condition is required.
  • Costs: Customer pays 30 AED for exchanges or 20 AED (deducted from refund) for returns.

2. Store Errors (Defective or Wrong Items)

If you receive the wrong item, a leaking bottle, or a broken product:

  • Contact us within 7 days.
  • Provide clear video/photo proof for management approval. We will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

3. Opened Products

  • Per UAE Ministry policy for perfumes and cosmetics, opened items cannot be returned.
  • At Thabat’s discretion, we may review requests for opened items. If approved, a 25% deduction fee will apply to the total refund.

4. Processing Times

  • Return Shipping: 3 to 8 business days.
  • Refund Processing: 7 to 14 business days.
  • Note: Satisfaction guarantees (Gold/Platinum) are limited to once per customer.
