Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping within the UAE

Shipping within the United Arab Emirates costs AED 30 when the eligible merchandise subtotal is below AED 300. Shipping is free when that subtotal is AED 300 or more. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges and tax.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 working days from order confirmation. Deliveries take place daily except on Fridays and public holidays.

Please provide a clear address that includes the building or villa number, street, city, and a phone number for delivery-related contact.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the eligibility conditions and process in our Return and Refund Policy. Return requests and incorrect, damaged, or defective products are reviewed under that policy.
